Formation for an All-Girls Clan/Team in BS

Forming up a 6-man, for this case, women team for BS. The maximum i can take in is 5. Girls in the age range from 16 and above are welcomed. However, i'm looking for good gameplays and an average or higher than average players to form the team. Xtc might have a match with us once the team is formed and everything is settled. They'll be observing the standard of our playing and will judge from there wether to take us in or not. Even if we're not up to it, the team will not be disbanded, will still be together, training for competitions and stuff like that for our own achievements.
